Cancellations and amendments for bookings made online at Burnham Beeches Hotel & Spa can be managed directly with the hotel. Upon confirmation of your booking, you will receive a reservation number and access code, which must be retained for any future cancellations or amendments.
For Flexible rates, a credit or debit card is required to secure your reservation. No cancellation charge will be applied if the booking is cancelled before 14:00 GMT on the day of arrival. Should the booking be cancelled later, or in the event of a no-show, the first night's accommodation will be charged.
For Advance Purchase rates, full pre-payment is required at the time of booking using a credit or debit card. The cardholder must present the payment card upon check-in. Please note that Advance Purchase bookings are non-refundable and non-transferable, even in cases of illness or injury preventing fulfilment of the booking.
In the event that the Hotel cancels more than 24 hours prior to the scheduled check-in time, the Hotel's liability will not exceed the amount paid by the client for the booking. If the Hotel cancels less than 24 hours before the scheduled check-in time, the liability will be limited to the charge for one night's accommodation. While the Hotel may endeavour to find alternative accommodation, it is not obliged to do so, nor will it be held liable if unable to accommodate the client.
A cancellation number will be provided at the time of cancellation, and it should be retained for future reference.
All treatment bookings require full advance payment. We kindly request that all cancellations be made with a minimum of 48 hours' notice prior to the scheduled arrival date. Should a cancellation occur within this 48-hour window, or in the event of a no-show, a full charge for the cost of the treatment will be applied
